Ok so maybe I am a bit biased since I created them. We just released 12 free high resolution seamless textures that would work great for creating your own website templates. As a side note it may be best to shrink them down a little before you actually put them to use. Anyways enough of the small talk here is a screenshot of the textures and a link to download them.
